About The Position

Sands Kia is seeking an Automotive Internet Sales Associate to build customer relationships and support vehicle sales in a high-volume automotive environment. The role involves learning the dealership’s new and pre-owned vehicle offerings, presenting vehicles professionally, and following up with customers to encourage continued engagement and referrals. The associate reports directly to the Sales Manager. Requirements

Responsibilities

Cultivate enduring customer relationships and loyalty through conversations about customers’ vehicle needs.
Learn the dealership’s vehicle offerings, optional packages, and technology.
Conduct professional demonstrations of new and pre-owned vehicles.
Follow up with customers to maintain engagement and generate referral business.
Learn to navigate objections and succeed in sales situations.
Report objectives, planned activities, assessments, and analyses to the Sales Manager.
Bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic to the workplace.
