About The Position

Atlantic Coast Honda is seeking an experienced Automotive BDC Manager to lead its Business Development and e-commerce operations. The role focuses on converting internet leads and customer inquiries into appointments, showroom traffic, and sales opportunities. The manager leads the BDC / Internet Sales team, develops consistent lead follow-up and appointment-setting processes, monitors performance, and works with dealership sales leadership to improve e-commerce and internet sales results.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience as an Automotive BDC Manager, Internet Sales Manager, or in similar dealership leadership is required.
Proven track record of successfully leading a BDC team and driving results.
Strong knowledge of automotive internet lead management, CRM follow-up, and appointment setting.
Strong leadership, coaching, and people-management skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable working with reporting, customer data, and performance metrics.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
High school graduate or equivalent and at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and manage the automotive BDC / Internet Sales team.
Manage inbound internet leads, phone inquiries, and customer follow-up.
Develop a consistent lead follow-up and appointment-setting process.
Assign leads and monitor activity to maximize opportunities.
Train team members on phone, internet, and customer communication skills.
Track key BDC performance metrics, appointments, and results.
Partner with dealership sales leadership to strengthen e-commerce and internet sales performance.
