About The Position

Berman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is hiring an Internet Sales BDC Agent for its Oak Lawn, Illinois location. The role responds to inbound sales inquiries, makes outbound calls to potential customers, schedules appointments, and supports the sales team in meeting dealership goals. The position pays $18.00 per hour, plus competitive monthly bonuses ranging from $500 to $2,000. The schedule is Monday through Saturday, with rotating weekday and Saturday days off. Bilingual English and Spanish skills are highly preferred.

Requirements

• Previous BDC experience is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computer systems and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries by phone and email.
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest and set appointments.
• Schedule and confirm sales appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
• Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve dealership goals.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance the customer experience.
• Track and report sales activities and performance metrics.
