About The Position

Berman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking an experienced Internet Sales BDC Agent to join its team at Berman CDJR in Oak Lawn, Illinois. The position pays $18.00 per hour, plus competitive monthly bonuses ranging from an additional $500 to $2,000. The schedule is Monday through Saturday, with rotating weekdays and Saturdays off. Bilingual English and Spanish skills are highly preferred. The agent responds to inbound sales inquiries, contacts potential customers, schedules appointments, and follows up with customers. The role also involves maintaining customer information in the CRM, collaborating with the sales team, delivering excellent customer service, and tracking sales activities and performance metrics. Previous BDC experience is required. Requirements

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries by phone and email.
Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest and set appointments.
Schedule and confirm sales appointments for the sales team.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve dealership goals.
Provide excellent customer service to enhance the customer experience.
