About The Position

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is hiring an Automotive Accounting Clerk at Volkswagen of Sanford. This role supports dealership operations by accurately tracking and updating vehicle inventory and handling accounting tasks for two stores. The company is affiliated with more than 25 vehicle brands and operates more than 50 dealerships across seven states, with over 3,500 employees nationwide.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Word, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Windows.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• At least 18 years of age to comply with the company driving policy.

Nice To Haves

• CDK experience preferred.
• Dealership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Record and enter new and used car inventory in a timely manner for two stores.
• Assist with title books as titles are received.
• Post wholesales for two stores.
• Post warranty credits once a week.
• Post daily deposits for two stores.
• Post intercompany cross sales monthly for two stores.
