About The Position

This Inside Auto Analyst III is a claims adjuster responsible for investigating basic and occasionally moderately complex auto claims. The role may handle non-represented claims and is expected to evaluate coverage, determine liability, and negotiate settlements. The position involves direct communication with claimants, insureds, and other involved parties, and supports timely and accurate claim resolution.

The role has no supervisory duties. Applicants with active insurance licenses must terminate existing appointments before onboarding and may not hold outside appointments during employment. Applicants seeking an adjuster role who also hold a resident producer license must surrender it when instructed by the licensing team.

Requirements

• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States; the company does not sponsor individuals for work visas.
• Individuals who currently hold an active insurance license must terminate all existing appointments before onboarding and must not hold outside appointments during employment.
• Applicants seeking an adjuster role who hold a resident producer license must surrender that license when instructed by the licensing team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with regulatory and company standards throughout the claim lifecycle.
• Investigate minor to moderately complex auto accidents and prepare summaries.
• Conduct recorded statements with claimants, insureds, and witnesses.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and customer-focused claim handling.
• Negotiate and settle claims in alignment with established best practices and guidelines.
• Document claim files with clear notes, summaries, and rationale for decisions.
• Review and evaluate auto claims to determine coverage, liability, and damages.
