Auto Claims Adjuster Trainee
About The Position
Warrior Insurance Network is hiring a full-time Auto Claims Adjuster Trainee for First Chicago Insurance Company. The position is intended for recent or upcoming college graduates and offers training and support to begin a career in insurance. The trainee participates in training sessions on the claims process, handles incoming claims by investigating details, corresponding with customers, and evaluating damages, and works with a customer-first mindset. The role includes shadowing experienced professionals and gradually taking on additional responsibilities. The position is onsite, with a typical Monday-through-Friday schedule.
Requirements
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent verbal, written, and phone communication skills.
- Previous customer service experience.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with software tools for claims processing and managing and analyzing claims data.
Responsibilities
- Participate in training sessions to develop understanding of the claims process.
- Handle incoming claims by investigating claim details.
- Correspond with customers about claims.
- Evaluate damages while maintaining a customer-first mindset.
