About The Position
First Chicago Insurance Company is hiring a full-time Auto Claims Adjuster Trainee. The role is intended for recent or upcoming college graduates interested in starting a career in the insurance industry. The company provides a training program, in-office and hands-on training, and opportunities to shadow experienced professionals and gradually take on more responsibility. The trainee handles incoming claims by investigating details, corresponding with customers, and evaluating damages while maintaining a customer-first approach. The position is onsite, with a typical Monday-through-Friday schedule.
