About The Position

Nelson Mazda Murfreesboro is seeking a Part-Time Auto Sales Trainee to join their team. This role is ideal for individuals currently enrolled in college or recent college graduates looking to gain real-world experience and build skills. The company offers paid training, ongoing coaching, and hands-on experience to teach the automotive business from the ground up. The position focuses on learning every aspect of the automotive sales process, from customer interaction to vehicle presentation and closing sales.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and provide an exceptional buying experience
• Learn and present Mazda vehicles, features, and technology
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Understand customer needs and help them find the right vehicle
• Develop strong communication and sales skills
• Work with customers from the initial conversation through delivery
• Learn the fundamentals of automotive sales and finance
• Follow proven sales processes and dealership systems
• Work as part of a team to achieve individual and company goals
• Develop the skills needed to advance into future opportunities
