About The Position

Nelson Mazda Murfreesboro is seeking a Part-Time Auto Sales Trainee to join their team. This role is ideal for college students or recent graduates looking to gain real-world experience and develop valuable skills. No prior automotive sales experience is necessary, as the company provides comprehensive paid training, ongoing coaching, and hands-on experience to teach the automotive business from the ground up. The trainee will learn all aspects of the automotive sales process, including building customer relationships, presenting vehicles, understanding customer needs, and developing sales and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and provide an exceptional buying experience
• Learn and present Mazda vehicles, features, and technology
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Understand customer needs and help them find the right vehicle
• Develop strong communication and sales skills
• Work with customers from the initial conversation through delivery
• Learn the fundamentals of automotive sales and finance
• Follow proven sales processes and dealership systems
• Work as part of a team to achieve individual and company goals
• Develop the skills needed to advance into future opportunities
