About The Position

All American Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Midland is seeking an Auto Sales Representative to help customers select and purchase vehicles and create a positive vehicle-buying experience that encourages lifelong customer relationships. The representative will learn about the dealership’s products and their benefits, present vehicle and financing information, and maintain relationships with prospective and previous customers. The role is part of Lithia Motors, a dealership group with more than 450 dealerships nationwide, which describes opportunities for short- and long-term career growth.

Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent.
Must be 18 years or older.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, and working knowledge of computers.
Self-motivated, with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
Valid driver’s license in the state of residence and an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

Interact with and consult customers throughout their vehicle purchase.
Help customers select a vehicle suited to their lifestyle.
Learn the products offered and explain their benefits to customers.
Present vehicle attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options, store policies, and services.
Follow up with customers promptly and maintain relationships with previous and prospective customers.
Track customers using the dealership’s management system or systems.
Stay informed about new products, features, and accessories.
Attend product and training courses.
