About The Position

All American Chevrolet of San Angelo is seeking an Auto Sales Representative to help customers purchase vehicles and create a positive buying experience that builds lifelong customer relationships. The representative will learn the dealership’s products and explain vehicle benefits, features, purchasing and financing options, policies, and services. The role offers a $5,000 monthly guarantee and is part of Lithia Motors, a Fortune 500 company with more than 450 dealerships nationwide and opportunities for career growth.

Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Working knowledge of computers.
Self-motivated, with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
Valid driver's license in the state of residence and an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

Interact with and consult customers throughout their vehicle purchase.
Help customers select vehicles suited to their lifestyles.
Learn the products offered and explain their benefits to customers.
Present vehicle attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options, and store policies and services.
Follow up with customers in a timely manner and maintain relationships with previous and prospective customers.
Track customers using the store’s management system or systems.
Stay informed about new products, features, and accessories.
Attend product and training courses.
