About The Position

Century Mechanical Holdings is seeking an experienced Connecticut P-1 Licensed Plumber to join its team in Wolcott, Connecticut. The role involves residential plumbing installations, service, repairs, and maintenance; diagnosing plumbing systems and providing solutions; and ensuring work meets Connecticut plumbing codes and regulations. The plumber will assist with permits, inspections, and code compliance, provide technical guidance to plumbing technicians and apprentices, work with management to complete projects efficiently and professionally, and deliver excellent customer service while maintaining high workmanship standards.

Requirements

Active Connecticut P-1 Unlimited Plumbing Contractor License.
Strong residential plumbing service and installation experience.
Knowledge of Connecticut plumbing codes and regulations.
Ability to diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

ServiceTitan experience is highly preferred.
Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus.
