About The Position

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Trumbull/Shelton is hiring an experienced service plumber for residential plumbing work. The plumber will diagnose problems, explain them to customers, present options, and complete work with a focus on craftsmanship and earning customer trust. This is a full-time W-2 role with access to a dispatching, estimating, and scheduling support team. Weekends and on-call work are optional, not mandatory. The position offers direct access to ownership and the opportunity to help shape the company as it grows.

Requirements

Must hold a Connecticut Journeyman Plumber license, P1 or P2.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must value customer service, teamwork, and craftsmanship.
