About The Position

Carvana is hiring a Mid-Level Auto Paint Technician for its vehicle reconditioning operations in Belton, Missouri. The technician matches and mixes paint colors and uses water-based paint to paint vehicles inside paint booths. The role is based in a high-tech Inspection Center and requires at least three years of professional automotive painting experience. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with overtime opportunities. Mandatory overtime may be required based on business needs. Requirements

At least three years of professional automotive painting experience.
Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing production environment, sometimes with exposure to heat or cold.
Ability to use required safety equipment, which may include a face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, a mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
