About The Position
Atlantic Coast Enterprises (ACE) is hiring a full-time Experienced Auto Mechanic / Automotive Technician in the Miami, Florida area. The technician maintains and repairs customers’ vehicles, diagnoses mechanical problems, explains repair options clearly, and completes agreed-upon work. The role also includes routine maintenance services and providing fast, friendly, professional customer service. The position offers a five-day work week and hourly—not flat-rate—pay of $18 to $24, depending on experience and certifications. Technicians earn commissions every two weeks based on store-level automotive repair net sales, and may receive one-time bonuses for certifications earned while employed. Hourly pay and commissions may result in annual compensation above $100,000. Atlantic Coast Enterprises is a full-service lubrication, fluid, and automotive maintenance center. Requirements
- At least 18 years old.
- Current AATI or ASE certifications.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Brake work experience.
- Must have own tools.
- Honesty and reliability.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Service orientation and attention to detail.
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues.
- Ability to explain technical information in layman’s terms.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose mechanical problems with customers’ vehicles.
