About The Position

Carvana is hiring a mid-level Auto Interior Repair/Glass Repair Technician to repair interior upholstery and vehicle glass at a high-tech Inspection Center. The role requires professional automotive interior repair and/or glass repair experience. Technicians repair damaged cloth, fabric, leather, plastic, vinyl, and other upholstery; repair center consoles, seats, dashboards, headliners, plastic, and stitching; color-match and dye cloth and fabric; and repair stars, bullseyes, combination breaks, cracks, and scratches in windows and windshields.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional automotive interior repair and/or glass repair experience.
• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools and lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment, sometimes exposed to excessive heat or cold.
• Use safety equipment, which may include a face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, a mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must pass a complete background check.
