About The Position
Launch Your Auto Claims Career with a Fortune 100 Company! No Claims Experience Needed, Paid Training & Licensing Included! This is a Hybrid Role, requiring a minimum of 2 days per month in the Liberty Lake, WA office. Additional in-person training requirements apply for the first 6 months. We are looking for positive, high-energy, passionate customer service professionals who thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment where no two days are alike. As a licensed claims adjuster, you will guide insureds and claimants through the auto claims process from start to finish, managing many moving pieces. This role requires strong organizational skills, expertise in time management, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping others. Your primary function will be speaking to and engaging customers who have just been in an accident and need assistance. We strive to treat our customers as we would want to be treated.
Requirements
- Engaging, outgoing personality and passion for helping customers.
- Ability to think critically, use resources, and seek answers when needed in a virtual environment.
- Excellent oral, written, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Strong typing and multi-tasking capabilities in a structured paperless work environment.
- Strong working knowledge and ability to utilize multiple systems during virtual training and to handle/process claims.
- General understanding of overall claim operations and key stakeholders.
- Only open to US based employees.
Nice To Haves
- College degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of related customer service experience or applicable insurance knowledge.
