Auto Claims Desk Adjuster Hybrid - Chandler, AZ
About The Position
Launch Your Auto Claims Career with a Fortune 100 Company! No Claims Experience Needed, Paid Training & Licensing Included! This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 2 days per month in the Chandler, AZ office, and the candidate must reside within 50 miles of the office. Additional in-person training is required for the first 6 months. This role is for positive, high-energy, passionate customer service professionals who thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. As a licensed claims adjuster, you will guide insureds and claimants through the auto claims process from start to finish, managing many moving pieces. Strong organizational skills, time management expertise, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping others are essential. The job involves speaking to and engaging customers who have just been in an auto accident and need assistance.
Requirements
- An engaging, outgoing personality and passion for helping customers.
- Ability to think critically, use resources, and seek answers when needed in a virtual environment.
- Excellent oral, written, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Strong typing and multi-tasking capabilities in a structured paperless work environment.
- Strong working knowledge and ability to utilize multiple systems during virtual training and to handle/process claims.
- General understanding of overall claim operations and key stakeholders.
- Must reside within 50 miles of the Chandler, AZ office.
- Only open to US based employees.
Nice To Haves
- College degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of related customer service experience or applicable insurance knowledge.
Responsibilities
