About The Position

Liberty Mutual Insurance is hiring an Auto Claims Representative to guide insureds and claimants through the auto claims process from start to finish. The role involves communicating with people who have recently been in auto accidents, helping them understand and navigate their claims, and managing the many moving parts of each claim. It is suited to service-focused professionals who are organized, skilled at time management and problem-solving, and comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. The position is hybrid, based in Marlton, New Jersey, and applicants must reside within 50 miles of the office. It requires a minimum of two office days per month, plus additional in-person training during the first six months. No claims experience is required; paid training and licensing are included. The role is open only to US-based employees.

Requirements

Ability to think critically, use available resources, and seek answers when needed in a virtual environment.
Excellent oral, written, decision-making, and organizational skills.
Strong typing and multitasking capabilities in a structured, paperless work environment.
Strong working knowledge of and ability to use multiple systems during virtual training and to handle and process claims.
General understanding of claim operations and key stakeholders.
Must reside within 50 miles of the Marlton, NJ office.
Must be based in the United States.

Nice To Haves

College degree preferred.
One to three years of related customer service experience or applicable insurance knowledge.
