About The Position

Liberty Mutual is hiring an Auto Claims Representative to guide insureds and claimants through the auto claims process from start to finish. The role involves speaking with customers after an accident, helping them understand and navigate their claims, managing multiple moving pieces, and delivering customer-focused service. No claims experience is needed; paid training and licensing are included. This is a hybrid role based in Marlton, New Jersey. Employees must reside within 50 miles of the office and work in the office at least two days per month. Additional in-person training is required during the first six months. The role is open only to U.S.-based employees.

Requirements

Engaging, outgoing personality and a passion for helping customers.
Ability to think critically, use available resources, and seek answers when needed in a virtual environment.
Strong oral, written, decision-making, and organizational skills.
Strong typing and multitasking capabilities.
Strong working knowledge of and ability to use multiple systems during virtual training and to handle and process claims.
General understanding of claim operations and key stakeholders.
Must reside within 50 miles of the Marlton, New Jersey office.
Must be based in the United States.

Nice To Haves

College degree preferred.
One to three years of related customer service experience or applicable insurance knowledge.

Responsibilities
