About The Position

Warrior Insurance Network is hiring an experienced Auto Bodily Injury Claims Specialist to investigate and settle automobile bodily injury claims. The role handles complex liability claims requiring additional investigation and verification, as well as casualty claims involving severe injuries, extended disability, bodily injury, or coverage-related litigation. Requirements

3–5 years of auto bodily injury/casualty claims experience.
Knowledge of legal and medical terminology.
Excellent negotiation, communication, written, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to pass written examinations where required by state statutes to become a licensed claims adjuster.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

Nonstandard auto claims experience.

Responsibilities

Review each assigned file and determine a course of action using technical knowledge and experience to support final disposition of the loss.
Conduct thorough investigations and maintain accurate, relevant documentation of claim activity, including coverage, liability status, and applicable damages.
Process bodily injury and coverage claims in accordance with established office procedures.
Work with third parties, plaintiff counsel, the Claim Director, and the Chief Operating Officer to determine necessary injury and coverage investigations.
Research case and statutory law to conduct appropriate claim investigations.
Document policy status, coverage, liability, and damages on all claims, and notify the reinsurer on qualifying claims.
Prepare and present claim evaluations for the appropriate settlement authority.
Maintain reasonable expense factors.
Handle other duties as assigned.
