About The Position

Carvana is hiring an Airbrush Technician to color-match and mix paint and airbrush vehicles at its high-tech Inspection Centers. The role requires at least one year of professional automotive painting experience. Entry-level hires may receive training programs intended to help their skills and pay progress. The position is based in Hutchins, Texas, and is listed for the 2nd shift. Candidates must be able to work mandatory overtime when required by business needs. Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check. The role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional automotive painting experience.
• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license; some positions may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Records check.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing production environment, sometimes exposed to excessive heat or cold.
• Use required safety equipment, which may include a face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, a mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must pass a complete background check.
• Must not require visa sponsorship.
