About The Position

Carvana is hiring an Airbrush Technician to work in one of its high-tech vehicle Inspection Centers. The role involves color-matching, mixing paint, and airbrushing vehicles to help prepare them for customers. Carvana offers training programs for entry-level employees, with the opportunity for skills and pay to progress alongside the company. Candidates should be prepared to work mandatory overtime when business needs require it.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional automotive painting experience.
• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools and lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• Be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license; some positions may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Records check.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing production environment, sometimes with exposure to excessive heat or cold.
• Use required safety equipment, which may include a face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, a mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Pass a complete background check.
