About The Position

Carvana is hiring an Auto Airbrush Technician to work in one of its high-tech vehicle Inspection Centers. The technician color-matches and mixes paint and airbrushes vehicles. Carvana offers training programs for entry-level employees to support skills and pay progression. Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check. The role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional automotive painting experience.
• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools and lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• At least 18 years of age and a valid driver’s license; some positions may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Records check.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing production environment, sometimes exposed to excessive heat or cold.
• Use safety equipment that may include a face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, a mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Successful completion of a background check.

Responsibilities
