About The Position

Carvana is hiring an Auto Airbrush Technician to color-match and mix paint and airbrush vehicles at one of its high-tech Inspection Centers. The role requires at least one year of professional automotive painting experience. Carvana offers training programs for entry-level hires so their skills and pay can progress with the company. The position is part of a fast-paced, changing production environment. Employees may sometimes be exposed to excessive heat or cold and must use appropriate safety equipment, which may include a face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, a mask, and other protective garments and equipment. The role may require mandatory overtime based on business needs. Applicants must be at least 18, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Requirements

At least 1 year of professional automotive painting experience.
Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
At least 18 years of age.
Valid driver’s license; some positions may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Records check.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment, sometimes with exposure to excessive heat or cold.
Use required safety equipment, which may include a face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, a mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Pass a complete background check.
