About The Position

Carvana is seeking an Auto Airbrush Technician to color-match and mix paint and airbrush vehicles at a high-tech Inspection Center. The role requires at least one year of professional automotive painting experience. Carvana offers training programs for entry-level employees, with opportunities for skills and pay to progress alongside the company. Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check. The role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Requirements

• At least one year of professional automotive painting experience.
• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools and lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Possess a valid driver’s license; some positions may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Records check.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing production environment, sometimes exposed to excessive heat or cold.
• Use required safety equipment, which may include a face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, a mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must pass a complete background check.
