About The Position

Carvana is seeking Airbrush Technicians with at least one year of professional automotive painting experience to join its vehicle reconditioning team. The technician color-matches and mixes paint and airbrushes vehicles at a high-tech Inspection Center. Entry-level employees may receive training programs intended to help their skills and pay progress. The position may require mandatory overtime based on business needs. Applicants must be at least 18, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check; the role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional automotive painting experience.
• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license; some positions may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Records check.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing production environment, sometimes exposed to excessive heat or cold.
• Ability to use safety equipment, which may include a face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, a mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must pass a complete background check.
