About The Position

Audit / Assurance Managers manage client relationships and audit clients’ financial records for compliance with generally accepted accounting rules and standards. The role includes analyzing financial records to identify potential accounting issues, researching and presenting proposed solutions, and training, mentoring, and managing team members in audit processes. Managers build and strengthen client relationships, develop a basic understanding of clients’ businesses, communicate and meet with clients as requested, and provide recommendations to support clients’ financial or tax needs. The firm offers onsite, hybrid, or remote work arrangements. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with flexibility to accommodate personal and family commitments as long as business needs are met.

Requirements

At least 4 years of audit experience at a public accounting firm.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
CPA certification is highly desired, or the ability to attain it.
