Audit/Assurance Managers manage client relationships and audit clients’ financial records for compliance with generally accepted accounting rules and standards. They analyze financial records to identify potential accounting issues, research and present proposed solutions, and train, mentor, and manage team members in audit processes. They build and strengthen client relationships, develop a basic understanding of clients’ businesses, communicate and meet with clients as requested, and provide recommendations to assist with clients’ financial or tax needs. The firm offers onsite, hybrid, or remote work arrangements. Employees generally have flexibility to adjust a typical Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. schedule around personal or family commitments, provided business needs are met.
