About The Position

As an Audio-Visual Lead, you will support the resort’s daily audio-visual needs and provide technical expertise for live entertainment, concerts, special events, and property projects. You will collaborate with department leaders and internal teams to coordinate AV requirements, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and ensure the seamless operation of audio, video, lighting, and integrated AV systems. You will also maintain, repair, and support AV equipment to deliver reliable technical solutions and exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience working in the A/V field, or equivalent education and experience.
• Professional audio-visual experience supporting hotel or resort operations, live entertainment, concerts, or special events, including sound, video, and lighting systems.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting, maintaining, and supporting integrated AV systems, including audio/video signal routing, system connectivity, and network-based AV technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily audio-visual support across resort departments, working with department leaders to identify technical needs, coordinate solutions, and support property operations.
• Set up, operate, and provide technical support for audio, video, and lighting systems during live entertainment, concerts, special events, and other property functions.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair professional AV equipment and integrated systems, including audio/video signal routing, sound, connectivity, and system malfunctions.
• Perform preventative maintenance, equipment inspections, and technical support for AV installations, specialized lighting systems, and property projects to ensure reliable equipment performance.
• Maintain system service information and personal daily work logs.
