About The Position

The Audio-Visual Project Coordinator helps plan, direct, and carry out electronic communications and audiovisual installation projects from the initial point of sale through final customer acceptance. The role assists in developing project plans that support delivery of installations to customers within established time and budget parameters. It also supports client and internal meetings, helps address complaints and resolve problems, and serves as a primary or secondary contact between the Company and the customer.

Requirements

• Ability to exercise independent judgment in decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Help plan, direct, and carry out electronic communications and audiovisual installation projects from initial point of sale to final customer acceptance.
• Assist in formulating project plans to deliver installations to customers within time and budget parameters.
• Assist in scheduling and attend client project meetings and internal team meetings.
• Help address complaints and resolve problems raised by team members or customers.
• Act as the primary or secondary contact between the Company and the customer.
