About The Position

At FORTÉ, the Audio-Visual Project Coordinator helps plan, direct, and carry out electronic communications and audiovisual installation projects from initial point of sale through final customer acceptance. The role assists with developing project plans that deliver installations to customers within established time and budget parameters. The coordinator also helps schedule and attend client and internal project meetings, supports complaint handling and problem resolution, and serves as a primary or secondary contact between the company and its customers.

Requirements

• Effective face-to-face and telephone communication skills.
• Customer relation skills.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment in decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Help plan, direct, and carry out electronic communications and audiovisual installation projects from initial point of sale to final customer acceptance.

• Assist in scheduling and attend client project meetings and internal team meetings.
• Help address complaints and resolve problems raised by team members or customers.
