About the position
Antler is seeking talented individuals with deep domain knowledge in an area ready for disruption, automation or democratisation, who aspire to become co-founders of tech-enabled companies. The company believes that anyone with the right talent, drive and resources can change the world for the better, and they are committed to supporting founders throughout their journey. Antler offers a two-month individual grant to help founders find a co-founder with complementary skills and similar ideas, and all founders get connected to their worldwide network of mentors for hands-on support and access to valuable networks. Once a solid team and validated idea are in place, Antler can invest in the company for a small equity stake, while the founders keep the majority of the ownership.
Responsibilities
- Have deep domain knowledge in an area ready for disruption, automation or democratisation
- Be an engineer, researcher or scientist
- Have launched products that have scaled or have proven business and growth skills
- Dream about having an impact and building something that will impact millions of lives
- Find a co-founder with complementary skills and similar ideas
- Get connected to a worldwide network of mentors to get hands-on support and access to their valuable networks
- Receive an individual grant for the first two months
- Build a solid team and a validated idea
- Receive investment in your company for a small equity stake
- Keep the majority of the ownership of your company
