Antler is seeking an exceptional leader to join as a Fund Partner in Tel Aviv. This role offers the opportunity to have a significant impact on the early-stage innovation ecosystem and contribute to building the next wave of fast-growing technology companies in Israel. As a Fund Partner, you will be responsible for building and leading an exceptional team, establishing and raising Antler's local fund, and investing in 15-25 companies annually with the strongest founders. • Build and lead an exceptional team in each new location
• Establish and raise Antler's local fund and support global fundraising efforts

• Prior experience leading teams and individuals in high-paced and challenging environments
