Finance Manager

The role is for a Finance Manager at Antler, a global investor that supports and partners with driven founders to launch and scale high-potential startups. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of Antler's French operating companies and fund, ensuring compliance with tax, legal, and regulatory reporting requirements. They will also be involved in managing the treasury function, budgeting and forecasting, internal and external reporting, and the annual audit process. The ideal candidate should be a critical thinker with a passion for workflow optimization and demonstrate accountability.

• Managing and signing off on the monthly management accounts and comprehensive analysis on variances to budget
• Ensuring compliance with global policies (e.g. expenses)
• Managing the treasury function and working capital requirements, including processing payments to suppliers and monthly payroll
• Working closely on the annual budgeting tasks
• Analyzing fund performance KPIs and quarterly management accounts (NAV)
• Ensuring timely external reporting to investors, governmental regulatory bodies, tax authorities, auditors, corporate partners, and other relevant third parties
• Managing the annual audit process

• Experience and expertise in finance management
• Knowledge of tax, legal, and regulatory reporting requirements
• Ability to oversee financial operations for Antler France
• Proficiency in managing day-to-day financial tasks and signing off on monthly management accounts
• Familiarity with global policies, particularly expenses
• Skill in managing treasury function and working capital requirements, including processing payments to suppliers and monthly payroll
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting, including annual budgeting tasks
• Ability to analyze fund performance KPIs and quarterly management accounts
• Knowledge of external reporting to investors, regulatory bodies, tax authorities, auditors, corporate partners, and other relevant third parties
