Seasonal Retail At Your Service Associate, Huntington Mall
About The Position
As an At Your Service Center Colleague, you support a seamless, personalized shopping experience by assisting with Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS), merchandise returns, order pickups, and other assigned tasks while upholding Macy’s service standards. The role calls for multitasking, problem-solving, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset in a fast-paced environment. You will help customers, support sales goals and teamwork, and keep the shopping and service areas clean, organized, and inviting. Schedules may include days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs and colleague availability.
Requirements

- Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with genuine hospitality and build rapport through friendly, personal conversations.
- Assist with total store fulfillment, including Buy Online Pickup In Store orders, customer pickups, returns, and curbside delivery.
- Use the systems and equipment needed to complete transactions and keep the collection area organized for a smooth pickup experience.
- Recover merchandise and maintain clean, organized, shoppable pickup and return areas.
- Share loyalty program benefits, encourage new customer credit accounts, and help customers with their needs.
- Review sales goals, learn about new arrivals, top-selling items, trends, and promotions, and work toward sales goals.
- Collaborate with colleagues and support the team in serving customers and the community.
- Maintain regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
