About The Position

The Lane Bryant Associate creates a hospitable store environment through customer engagement and contributes to achieving company goals. The role involves welcoming customers, representing the brand through product and fashion knowledge, and integrating the omnichannel experience. Associates support sales, service, and store operations while protecting company assets and maintaining a safe work environment.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong sales or hospitality experience is preferred, with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient and confident use of mobile technology, including registers and iPads, to engage with customers.
• Frequently move or adjust store fixtures and merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds in all directions; may occasionally move objects weighing up to 50 pounds with assistance as available.
• Frequently retrieve merchandise displayed or stored above shoulder level, which may involve climbing a ladder up to 12 feet; occasional ladder use to replace overhead lightbulbs or signs.
