About The Position

Reclectic is opening a new location at Opry Mills in Nashville, Tennessee, and is seeking an Associate Store Manager. In collaboration with the Store Manager, this role supports all store operations, with an emphasis on delivering an engaging retail experience while optimizing operational efficiency. The Associate Store Manager champions the Reclectic concept and contributes to brand strategy through store and visual leadership. The role supports recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training efforts for store leadership and new-store teams, and helps develop local and brand-wide events that build brand awareness, sustainability, and customer centricity. As a local representative of Reclectic, the Associate Store Manager partners with the Leadership Team to balance engaging visuals with productive use of space, improve the customer experience, and foster a welcoming and inclusive environment. The role also supports team development, community engagement, business decisions, store processes, product flow, facilities upkeep, scheduling, payroll accuracy, and compliance with local labor legislation.

Requirements

Passion for the Reclectic brand and concept.
Entrepreneurial spirit.
At least 5 years of store leadership experience, including high-volume experience.
Proven record of hiring and developing talent.
Strong understanding of the merchant process and its impact on the business.
Experience in coaching, counseling, and conflict resolution.
Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Champion the Reclectic concept and contribute to brand strategy through store and visual leadership.
Support Store Leadership recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and training for new stores.
Assist in developing local and brand-wide events that promote brand identity and awareness, sustainability, and customer centricity.
Help identify resources needed to support Reclectic Store Leadership education and development.
Represent the Reclectic brand locally and embody global URBN values.
Partner with the Leadership Team to balance engaging visuals with productive use of space.
Lead and support the team in elevating the store experience through efficient operations, merchandising, and presentation.
Cultivate a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and employees.
Interpret and escalate customer feedback and team insights to improve the Reclectic experience and operation.
Network with local businesses and organizations to identify potential collaboration opportunities.
Approach business challenges tactically, think critically, and collaborate with appropriate partners to resolve issues promptly.
Promote inclusion by amplifying voices, seeking different perspectives, and applying inclusive practices to hiring.
Provide timely, specific employee feedback; support onboarding, equitable development paths, accountability, and employee engagement.
Inspire teams through empowerment, creativity, empathy, and communication tailored to individual strengths.
Support the development of brand operational SOPs focused on efficiency, productivity, and store profitability.
Assess business performance and product sell-through to identify successes and opportunities, and lead the team in strategic business decisions.
Oversee and collaborate with key partners to execute store processes productively.
Prioritize shipment and optimize product flow to support sell-through, sales, and customer experience.
Maintain a well-organized, clean, and presentable building and escalate facilities or maintenance issues in a timely manner.
Uphold effective scheduling practices and ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with local labor legislation.
