About The Position

Reclectic is opening a new location at Opry Mills in Nashville, Tennessee, and is seeking an Associate Store Manager. In collaboration with the Store Manager, this role supports all store operations, with an emphasis on delivering an engaging retail experience while optimizing operational efficiency. The Associate Store Manager contributes to Reclectic’s brand growth and expansion, supports leadership recruitment and development, and helps create local and brand-wide events. The role also leads and supports teams in delivering a welcoming, inclusive customer experience through effective store operations, merchandising, visual presentation, and community engagement. This position assesses business and product sell-through, supports efficient store processes and product flow, maintains store presentation, and ensures effective scheduling, payroll accuracy, and compliance with local labor legislation. Requirements

Passion for the Reclectic brand and concept.
Entrepreneurial spirit.
5+ years of store leadership experience; high-volume experience is required.
Proven record of hiring and developing talent.
Strong understanding of the merchant process and its business impact.
Experience in coaching, counseling, and conflict resolution.
Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Champion the Reclectic concept and contribute to brand strategy through store and visual leadership.
Support Store Leadership recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and training for new stores.
Assist in developing local and brand-wide events that promote brand identity and awareness, sustainability, and customer centricity.
Help identify resources needed to support Reclectic Store Leadership education and development.
Represent the Reclectic brand locally and embody global URBN values.
Partner with the Leadership Team to balance engaging visuals with productive use of store space.
Lead and support the team in improving store experience through efficient operations, merchandising, and presentation.
Cultivate a welcoming and inclusive environment that supports a genuine customer experience.
Interpret and escalate customer feedback and team insights to improve the Reclectic experience and operations.
Network with local businesses and organizations to identify potential collaboration opportunities.
Approach business challenges with critical thinking and a solutions-based mindset, collaborating with appropriate partners to resolve issues promptly.
Promote inclusion by representing and amplifying voices, seeking different perspectives, and applying those perspectives to hiring practices.
Provide timely, specific employee feedback and support accountability, onboarding, equitable development paths, and employee engagement.
Inspire teams through empowerment, creativity, empathy, and tailored communication that leverages individual strengths.
Support development of brand operational SOPs focused on efficiency, productivity, and store profitability.
Assess business performance and product sell-through to identify successes and opportunities, and lead the team in making strategic decisions.
Collaborate with key partners to execute store processes, prioritize shipment, and optimize product flow to support sell-through, sales, and customer experience.
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable building and promptly escalate facilities or maintenance issues.
Uphold effective scheduling practices and ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with local labor legislation.
