About The Position

GLG is seeking Associates to deliver best-in-class client service in a performance-driven, merit-based, and team-oriented environment. Associates help drive GLG’s Insight Network by connecting leading financial services firms, consultancies, and corporations with relevant first-hand expertise. The role involves frequent communication with clients and experts, project delivery, client relationship-building, and expert engagement. Associates receive onboarding, apprenticeship, training, coaching, and mentoring to build project management and communication skills. Within a few months, Associates are expected to own project lifecycles and communicate regularly with leading clients and experts. Associates work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment with colleagues around the world. They can develop client service, communication, negotiation, critical thinking, project management, account management, and commercial skills. High-performing individual contributors may have the opportunity to become people managers and lead future Associates. Full-year compensation can exceed $90,000, consisting of an annual base salary of $75,000 and uncapped variable compensation linked to individual performance. Actual compensation depends on factors including skills, experience, certifications, and work location. Certain roles may also be eligible for incentive compensation. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher.
0–3 years of work experience in client-facing, sales, or account management roles.
Demonstrated critical-thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including comfort with phone-based outreach.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment.
Receptiveness to close coaching and feedback.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
Hustle and tenacity, with motivation to go above and beyond to delight clients.
Appreciation for data and understanding of numbers.
Willingness to work flexible and extended hours, including evenings and some holidays, based on client needs and expectations.

Responsibilities

Engage daily with clients to build relationships, deliver tailored support, and provide custom solutions.
Own client projects from start to finish, including scoping projects, searching for or recruiting suitable experts, and delivering high-quality outcomes to clients and experts.
Collaborate with colleagues, managers, and internal stakeholders to present GLG’s product suite, maximize commercial outcomes, grow revenue, and retain existing accounts.
Uphold GLG’s compliance framework and embrace company values.
Work with clients and experts to deliver projects and support client needs.
