About The Position

GLG is seeking Associates to deliver best-in-class client service in a performance-driven, merit-based, and team-oriented environment. Associates help drive GLG’s Insight Network by working directly with leading financial services firms, consultancies, and corporations to connect them with relevant first-hand expertise. The role suits candidates with natural curiosity, strong critical thinking skills, and a competitive, client-focused mindset. Associates complete onboarding, apprenticeship, and training programs while developing skills in project delivery, client relationship-building, and expert engagement. Within a few months, they take ownership of project lifecycles and communicate regularly with clients and experts, with ongoing coaching and mentoring from their teams. The position offers opportunities to develop project management, communication, client service, negotiation, account management, and commercial skills, and potentially to become a people manager after succeeding as an individual contributor.
