About The Position

GLG is hiring Associates to deliver best-in-class client service in a performance-driven, merit-based, and team-oriented environment. Associates help power GLG’s Insight Network by connecting clients—including financial services firms, consultancies, and corporations—with relevant first-hand expertise. The role combines fast-paced communication, project ownership, client relationship-building, and expert engagement. New Associates participate in onboarding, apprenticeship, and training programs, with continued coaching and mentoring. Within a few months, Associates are expected to own projects through the full lifecycle and communicate regularly with clients and experts. The position offers opportunities to develop project management, communication, account management, and commercial skills, and to become a people manager after succeeding as an individual contributor. The role is based on client needs and may require flexible and extended hours, including evenings and some holidays. GLG is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against employees or applicants on protected grounds.
