About The Position

GLG is seeking Healthcare Associates to support its Healthcare business. The role is designed for candidates with an academic background in a healthcare-related discipline and involves delivering client service in a performance-driven, merit-based, team-oriented environment. Associates connect clients—including financial services firms, consultancies, and corporations—with relevant expertise from GLG’s Insight Network. Associates receive onboarding, apprenticeship, training, coaching, and mentoring. Within a few months, they are expected to own project lifecycles and communicate frequently with clients and experts while developing project-management, communication, and relationship-building skills. The role also offers opportunities to develop commercial and account-management capabilities and, after succeeding as an individual contributor, to become a people manager and lead future Associates.
