About The Position

The Associate Sales Representative is responsible for expanding brand distribution and driving sales across the Quality Beverage portfolio in the Chicopee, Massachusetts area. The role visits open accounts, provides backup coverage for sales representatives who are unavailable, and builds strong relationships with clients to deliver excellent customer service. It combines sales strategy, relationship management, and collaboration with internal merchandising and graphics teams to grow sales through targeted marketing efforts. This is a union role with an estimated annual salary of $65,000.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong passion for sales.
Energetic, skilled at building relationships, and driven to succeed.
Strong time-management and communication abilities.
Valid Massachusetts driver’s license and vehicle registration, with reliable access to a car.

Beverage industry, restaurant, or retail experience.
College degree or equivalent work experience, training, or education.

Responsibilities

Build new brands and expand distribution across Quality’s product portfolio.
Visit open accounts and cover sales routes when sales representatives are out of the office or unavailable.
Build and maintain active, close relationships with accounts in the assigned territory to provide a high level of customer service satisfaction.
Analyze customer needs, create tailored solutions, and follow through to execution.
Attend general sales meetings to stay informed about company initiatives and sales targets.
Achieve sales and placement goals within the assigned territory.
Collaborate with merchandising and graphics teams to optimize marketing materials and point-of-sale materials for sales impact.
Perform other duties as assigned.
