About The Position

The Sales Merchandiser represents the company’s craft beer portfolio in retail accounts. The role ensures products are stocked, rotated, and merchandised to maximize visibility and sales. Working with the Sales Team and fellow Sales Merchandisers, this position executes on-shelf strategies, maintains planogram compliance, and supports retail partners with service. The position is hourly, full-time, and non-exempt, with a stated pay range of $21.50 to $24.00 per hour and starting pay of $21.50 per hour. The listed schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., plus rotating Saturday mornings, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The position title references Springfield / Chicopee, while the location field lists the Southborough to Sharon territory.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 55 lbs and occasionally lift 30 lbs overhead.
• Ability to stand and remain active for the duration of an 8-hour shift, aside from scheduled breaks.

Responsibilities

• Put away beer orders at retail accounts accurately and efficiently.
• Rotate stock to ensure freshness and proper inventory management.
• Set up displays, signage, and promotional materials in compliance with brand standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate out-of-stock or low-stock situations to the ASM.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe product displays.
• Assist with merchandising audits and reporting as requested by the ASM.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail staff to support brand presence.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies while performing duties.
