Associate Product Manager

The job overview for this position is that Clipboard Health is seeking an Associate Product Manager - New Grad who will be responsible for quickly growing undergraduates into product leaders. The APMs at Clipboard Health are expected to have high ownership and good judgment from day one, taking on important projects and executing them with full ownership. They are generalists who work closely with the executive team, focusing on solving the biggest problems and devising new ways to solve them. The APMs are encouraged to be curious, dive deep into understanding the business, users, and product, and are expected to deliver high-quality plans and execution.

• Talk to customers, understand their problems, and surface issues that need more attention
• Ramp up on the company's product team standards, recruiting process, and team structure
• Be boundlessly curious and dive deep into understanding the business, users, and product
• Devise new ways to solve the biggest problems from first principles
• Take ownership of important projects from the beginning
• Create excellent plans to solve problems and execute them with full ownership
• Receive feedback on plans and execution to learn and grow
• Collaborate closely with the executive team and work as a generalist
• Continuously learn and contribute to the growth of the company

• Associate Product Manager - New Grad position
• Previous experience in scaling operational processes, writing pricing algorithms, and building new products
• Curiosity and ability to dive deep into understanding the business, users, and product
• High ownership and good judgment
• Ability to lead important projects from the beginning
• Willingness to receive feedback and learn and grow
• Familiarity with Product Team Standards, Product Team Recruiting, and Product Team Structure documents
