About the position
We are seeking customer-centric individuals to join our team and provide exceptional service to our marketplace. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and issues through various channels such as phone, chat, and email. Your role will involve problem-solving, collaborating with different departments, and ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions for our customers. This position requires the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Please note that our customer base is currently limited to the United States, but our service is available 24/7.
Responsibilities
- Process customer contact and deliver prompt solutions through phone, chat, and email
- Communicate and collaborate with different departments
- Investigate, research, and resolve customer issues
- Handle tough and dissatisfied customers politely and professionally
- Track and follow up on all customer requests in a timely manner
- Manage customer complaints and escalations effectively
- Provide excellent customer service and be the first point of contact for customers
- Work independently and thrive in fast-paced environments
- Maintain a high standard of customer service
- Work flexible shifts to accommodate the 24/7 service to nurses and workplaces in the United States.
