About The Position

A Pearle Vision Licensed Operator owner (Franchisee) seeks an Optometrist to provide high-quality optometric patient care and professional services at its location. The role may be employed or independent; the terms of agreement, practice model, pay structure, benefits, and hours are negotiated directly between the Optometrist and the Licensed Operator. This position is to work at an existing Pearle Vision franchise location and provide patient care; it is not an offer to buy or become an owner of a franchise.

The Optometrist provides care in accordance with clinical protocols and accepted standards, establishes positive doctor-patient relationships, and helps deliver the Pearle Vision neighborhood eye care experience. The role works with the License Operator's store team and Pearle Vision brand field leadership to support a safe, motivating work environment, maintain office quality systems, and strengthen Pearle Vision's reputation as a leading optical provider in the community.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of optometry.
• Licensed to practice optometry in the state of the practice location.
• DPA and TPA certified.
• Knowledge of current optometric technology and practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality optometric care and services to patients.
• Establish positive doctor-patient relationships.
• Conduct services in accordance with clinical protocols and accepted standards of care.
• Ensure patients receive accurate diagnoses and appropriate recommendations.
• Provide excellent patient and customer service through the Pearle Vision neighborhood eye care experience.
• Work with the License Operator's store team and Pearle Vision brand field leadership to build and maintain a safe, motivating work environment that encourages commitment, innovation, success, and continued growth for the brand.
• Ensure office quality systems are maintained.
• Help ensure Pearle Vision is known as a leading optical provider within the community.
