About The Position

FOX Rehabilitation is hiring licensed Occupational Therapists to provide one-on-one care to older adults in Burlington, Massachusetts, and surrounding communities. Care is delivered in private residences and senior living settings, including Sunrise of Burlington and Atria of Burlington, using FOX’s Geriatric House Calls™ model. Clinicians may also incorporate telehealth and other virtual care into their schedules. The role offers clinicians autonomy to create and manage their treatment schedules, build lasting patient relationships, and support mobility, independence, wellness, and quality of life. FOX is a clinician-operated practice focused on meaningful relationships, evidence-based care, and a mission to abolish ageism. Full-time, part-time, and PRN/FOX Flex employment pathways are available; the posting also notes a mentor program for new graduates. The standard Massachusetts base pay range for a full-time role is $70,000–$105,000 annually, with an opportunity to earn more. Part-time and FOX Flex compensation is prorated. Requirements

Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain one.
Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
Basic computer and EMR proficiency.
Current CPR certification.
Ability to meet the physical demands of in-home and community-based care, including lifting, performing CPR, assisting with transfers and bed mobility, repositioning patients, standing and walking for extended periods, climbing stairs, and performing therapeutic activities.
Ability to drive to patient homes and senior living communities.
Wear PPE when required.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one occupational therapy to older adults in private residences and senior living settings, including independent living, assisted living, and memory care.
Perform evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
Deliver therapy sessions that support patient wellness, longevity, mobility, and functional independence.
Document effectively in FOX’s EMR system in accordance with regulatory standards.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and Fitness Specialists.
Educate patients, caregivers, and senior living staff to promote safety, function, and aging in place.
Provide telehealth or virtual care when appropriate.
Drive to patient homes and senior living communities as part of the Geriatric House Calls™ model.
As optional opportunities to earn more, clinicians may refer employees or patients, serve as Clinical Instructors, mentor new graduates, supervise PTAs/OTAs, provide patient care above bi-weekly quota, or create blog articles or social content.
